Shooting tips: Part 2

Shoot when tired:

Often games are won in the fourth quarter and if your a shooter thats when your most usefull, knocking down those late game shots giving your team the edge.

After drills or fitness work(suicides etc..) take 10 free throws, you will notice that you wont make your average at first and your shots will probably go short but its great practise. Also concerning jumpshots when going through your drills do them at a high pace so it works your fitness and teaches you to shoot through adversity, if you really wanna work yourself wear a weight vest and you'll really be pushing yourself.

Do this and in no time you'll be knocking down shots all game.
